- How can I switch my mozaBook CLASSROOM licence to a Mozaik TEACHER licence?
The mozaBook CLASSROOM licence is a device-based licence, which means mozaBook can be used on a particular device by every user; that is, any user can log in to mozaBook on the given device and can use all the functions until the licence expires.
The Mozaik TEACHER licence is a user-based licence, that is, it is linked to a user account and the user can access all the interactive content on mozaWeb and in mozaBook until the licence expires.
Everyday use and mobility may force you to switch from a mozaBook CLASSROOM licence to a Mozaik TEACHER licence. The system allows you to switch from a mozaBook CLASSROOM licence to a Mozaik TEACHER licence once, that is, to switch from a device-based licence to a licence that is linked to your user account.
Attention! To do so, you must have an inactive or deactivated mozaBook CLASSROOM licence. (deactivating mozaBook licence code) The new Mozaik TEACHER licence will be valid until the same date as the mozaBook CLASSROOM licence you want to switch.
Follow these steps:
- After logging in, in the myLearn (1) menu, click on the Activate new code (2) option.
- Enter the mozaBook licence code (3), then click on the Check (4) button.
- To switch to a user-based licence, click on the Switch to user-based lincence (5) button.
(If you click on the other button, you will be redirected to another page, where you can download the mozaBook software.) - After that, you will see a message which informs you that once switched to another licence, you will not be able to switch it back. Click on Yes (6) if you want to switch to the user-based licence.
- If the switching is successful, your new Mozaik TEACHER licence appears, which is automatically activated and linked to your account by the system. By clicking on OK, you will be redirected to the 'My licences' menu, where your new Mozaik TEACHER licence will be listed among your other licences.
