If you use one of the N versions of Windows 11, that is, a version that lacks built-in media and communication technologies, then the mozaBook software will not launch. When launching mozaBook, the following message will appear:
As mozaBook requires this media package, you must install it manually. To do so, follow these steps.
- Open Settings (1), then click on System (2).
- In the Optional features menu (3), click on View features (4).
- Enter Media Feature Pack in the search field (5).
- There will be only one result, select it (6), click on the Continue button (7), then on the Install button (8).
The process can take a while, and it is also possible that the system will fail to install it on the first try. According to our experiences, on a second attempt, the process will be faster and the media package will be installed successfully.
After restarting the system, you will be able to launch mozaBook.
